Building a Lemontron now? In the past 6 months after the initial release, there are some new developments you have to be aware of to build the latest & greatest Lemontron!
Bambu has been toying with us hobbyists for a few days now, and it’s time to set the record straight. Bambu is currently doing a rug-pull and lying about its intentions.
Lemontron takes the best parts of the JourneyMaker, Positron v3.2, and Positron LT. But why did I wait until the JourneyMaker was available to get involved with the Positron?
After a year of development, the affordable 3d printer for Australians is finally here, with a build plate that’s upside down, an ultra thin motion system mounted real low, and the flattest tool head you’ll ever find.
3D printing continues to evolve, and one minor development is the concept of printing upside down. I investigated this idea because it provides a way to consolidate all the heavy components near the bottom.
Development of the Positron 3D printer unibody chassis continues with the 3rd prototype of the Lemontron. Now that it’s printing, Lemontron delivers on previous promises and then some!
With protective top plates, an integrated extruder and a filament holding solution!
THE FUTURE IS NOW! @mcfazio4283’s “JourneyMaker” design inspired me; Now I’m building a new base for the positron printer with a new UNIBODY design that cuts down on parts! HUGE!!!
